This technique rejuvenates the five important organs
You will practice on each organ for a week in the order listed above and suggested to practice daily for 7 consecutive days the pancha sahita pranayama as you refine the technique. You have to allocate daily 10 to 20 minutes for the practice.
Some breathing ratios you will find are challenging, it is important to note above all else, not to be hard on yourself, you are creating a daily habit and you can take your time to make this breakthrough, you will be so glad that you did. Once you make this change to focus on your breath and internal organs as part of your day and you keep practising to the best of your ability you will find mastery when you are ready.

It is done with full awareness to harness the unlimited potential of the mind to become a balanced and creative individual. This challenge is to progress your Prāṇāyāma and breathwork practices. Every session includes Q&A for clarification as well as homework for a personal experience and adapting the practice into your daily life.
What will you learn from the course?
First Part
The first part focuses on preparing the foundation with various techniques for warming-up movement & the mechanics of breath including the Hathenas exercises and breathing techniques for expanding lung capacity.
Second Part
The second part takes you step by step through Prāṇāyāma practices to rejuvenate each organs
The course will be LIVE streaming via ZOOM with recordings available for recap or for those missed the session. Every session will include the live Q&A for clarify the previous day practice.
